9/15/2015 - i.t.Interactive, LLC completes TRID Compliance project for Math Corporation

Working closely with the team at Math Corporation, i.t.Interactive, LLC completed a nearly year long project to assist them with the TRID Compliance upgrade project for their loan calculation products. We provided the development of the systems that interface to their calculation engine. These systems include an on-line calculation tool, a desktop version and an XML interface.

TRID is the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) Integrated Disclosure Rule that is part of the Dodd-Frank Act. It combines four previous mortgage forms into two new disclosures. The Loan Estimate replaces the initial Truth-in-Lending (TIL) form and the Good Faith Estimate. The Closing Disclosure replaces the final TIL form and the HUD-1 Settlement Statement.
