What is ET Quick Forms? A cost-effective, easy-to-use software program that produces the forms you need as a funeral director. ET Quick Forms, will produce state forms using your laser or ink-jet printer on plain white paper.

Some forms, i.e. the death certificate application, require you print on the state issued stationary. Not a problem. ET Quick Forms will allow you to enter and edit the information, then print on the approved state forms. No more hand-written forms. No more painful alignment issues with your old typewriter.

    • Dynamic character sizing
      Enter a long name or address and the character sizing is automatically reduced to fit the box. The information you enter into each box WILL fit. Guaranteed!
